Who can submit applications for clients with QSFC/UHL?

  • Agents must be licensed, contracted and appointed by UHL/UFFL to complete and submit applications on proposed insureds.
  • Agents can’t complete an application on behalf of another agent. The agent submitting the app must be the contracted agent signing the app.
  • Agents must be contracted with Quility to have access to Quility Navigator and the QSFC product
  • Agents must make sure their UHL writing number is active in HQ to sync to quote in Navigator
